Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Safeer Ahmed Digital Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our website and services.

Services Provided

Safeer Ahmed Digital Solutions offers the following digital services:

• Meta Ads & Digital Marketing
• Social Media Management
• WhatsApp Chatbots & Automation
• Website Chatbots Development
• Smart Business Automation

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary content, images, and access credentials
• Make payments as agreed upon in the project proposal
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

Payments & Refunds

Our payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other agreed methods
• Refunds are provided only if the project has not commenced
• No refunds are issued for completed work or delivered services

Project Timeline & Delivery

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. However, delays may occur due to:

• Late client feedback or content submission
• Changes in project scope
• Technical issues beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. However:

• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio
• Third-party tools, plugins, or licenses remain under their respective owners
• Our proprietary methods, code frameworks, and templates remain our property

Revisions & Modifications

We offer reasonable revisions as per the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved before implementation.

Limitation of Liability

Safeer Ahmed Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party service failures (hosting, ad platforms, etc.)
• Issues arising from client-provided content or credentials

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
• Completed deliverables will be transferred upon final payment
• Any advance payments for unstarted work may be refunded

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels within Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
